Blending in with community for festive event
Mingling with our community is a regular event we created to provide value and experience to them. It's an act to build a long-term relationship while having a casual talk. We found out that our community is an active woman, loves aesthetic things, and loves to just simply meet other people with the same interests. Then we arranged it for them.
The idea of the soapmaking experience is because they are pretty and the community wants a unique experience. We have a local soap-maker to join us in this event. The step by step soapmaking workshop give them a fun and memorable time. We also chose Papilion Kemang Jakarta as a workshop place because it has the same aesthetic style as us.

THE PREPARATION
As one of the project initiator, I planned the event thoroughly from the vendor's decision making to the floor management on the day. I love to concept something and make it into a real event. The goal of this event is to get closer to our community so they get to know each other too. Creating this kind of ambience is not easy, but by working on the soap together, and having a real conversation, we can tell the chemistry was there. That was my concept. After planning the concept, I planned the visual branding and the social media plan in order to get the right invitation for the right community.
